Valentine’s Day: It’s Not Loneliness it’s Expectations
About this episode
Valentine’s Day can come with a lot of expectations about love, relationships, and how the day is supposed to feel. Most of the pressure doesn’t come from the day itself, but from the thoughts and standards we attach to it.
In this episode, we look at those expectations and explore a more logical way to sit alongside the thoughts that show up. Unlike other episodes, I don’t walk through the full logic-based cycle. This one is simpler.
The goal is just to help you feel a little less uncomfortable. To offer a different perspective that might make the day feel easier to move through.

I am not a therapist. Think of this as guided self-reflection, and me as your reflection companion. I draw on my LBTC training as a Logic-Based Consultant.
